Associate Manager - Volunteering Initiative @Praan

Praan is seeking a driven individual to lead the Volunteering Initiative @Praan (VIP) Program, working from our Kondapur office in Hyderabad with occasional travel. The role involves developing short- and long-term program strategies rooted in a clear Theory of Change; recruiting, training, and engaging “First Responder” volunteers across Hyderabad, Chennai, Vizag, Bangalore, and Mumbai; designing training modules, campaigns, and field action plans; creating branding materials; and driving impact assessment, partnerships, and resource mobilisation. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Management, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, 0–2 years of experience, strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage teams and projects, and a passion for mental health advocacy. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Canva are preferred.

Counseling Psychologist - Male

Counselling
Praan is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Male Counselling Psychologist with up to two years of experience to provide individual counselling, create personalized treatment plans, offer crisis support, and contribute to mental-health programs and workshops. The role requires a Master’s in Counselling or Clinical Psychology (preference for candidates with a Psychology bachelor’s), strong understanding of therapeutic practices, and excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Cultural sensitivity, ethical conduct, and the ability to work both independently and within a team are essential.
